been developing acreage and estate lots around Columbia,
Missouri since 1996, catering to all who are interested in living in

We pride ourselves in selecting properties for location, views, and a
balance of woods with open grass lands. Due to the high demand,
most of our properties have been divided into 5 and 10 acre lots.
We do have covenants and restrictions on all of our properties.
Most of the properties do have private roads with road
maintenance agreements provided. This will help keep the
properties private and yet beautiful and well kept.
